Lena M. Testimony

The Great Awakening Live meetings are amazing. I am so thankful to get to be part of making history. I am so blessed that God would allow me to be part of his glory filling the earth. Of all the places I could be in the world, I am here, and I’ve been put here by his divine purpose and power to assist Dr. Rodney usher in the move of God that will change this earth forever. I have been blessed both in the meetings and working behind the scenes on the administrative side. The fire of God is first and is driving every part of this ministry and this move of God.

I have been touched with a renewed desire for souls, a passion to serve God, love for people, and peace, knowing when I get to heaven I will be confident knowing I didn’t waste my life, but that I gave it to the King for His use. I have been given a renewed passion to live only for Him and for nothing else. I am so thankful that I have a home in heaven! Praise God forever! Amen. This is real and it’s what the earth has been waiting for.

The earth and the people of the earth are in pain and hurting and they are waiting for the sons of God to be revealed because as the sons are revealed through carrying the power and love of God, their pain will stop because the revealing of the sons of God brings healing, deliverance, salvation, and complete restoration. Never before has such an equipping been released to the believers enabling them to come into what God intended for them so that the whole earth is filled with his glory.-Lena M.

Then the nursing. Have you ever watched a mom feed a child, dress a child, bathe a child? It’s a gift from God.

God is constantly moving and speaking

It never ceases to amaze me how God is constantly moving and speaking.  I feel so privileged to be apart of the greatest move of God ever to touch the planet, not just America but the world.  We have no idea really as believers how much power and ability that we have to impact a nation.  We have been given the name of Jesus, the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. What else do we need?  But unfortunately most of the body of Christ is so ignorant of what has been made available to them.  God has given us the authority to take ground and territory for His kingdom, and we all as the body of Christ need to rise up and use that authority.  Being apart of this Great Awakening has been an awesome privilege and all I know is, that I want to do everything I can with what has been given to me to be a blessing and a active member of this army.  I believe that we are here at a vital time in history and I believe that we need to be ready and equipped to bring in this end time harvest.  The Gospel Soul-winning script is a tool that works and is a awesome way to bring people to a decision as to where they will spend eternity.  Jesus has brought us out of darkness into His glorious light not for us to just sit and wait for His return but to occupy until He comes and bring as many people with us as we can.  It is time for the Church to arise in power and anointing.- Aja K.

It’s miraculous! But something even more amazing. During my ministry, I’ve talked to hundreds of moms who could not bear children and they have the same mother love to the same degree as those women who do bear their own children.

I’m telling everybody, YOU HAVE TO GET THERE!! Those 8 days were the most blessed days OF MY LIFE. Whatever you have to do get there whether its a boat, car, plane, OR CAMEL because guess what, THR CAMELS ARE COMING ANYWAY!:)

God Bless you Pastors Rodney an Adonica and the River church!:)

Stone M.

Pastor Rodney this week has been life changing. People don’t have any idea what they’re missing. I know one thing. My mom and five sisters are going to do all we can to share the fire because thank god there is an infinite amount! At the air port waiting to depart and having a big harvest of souls. It’s not about where you are or who your around or even how old you are, if your too busy for god or to embarrassed then you need to get back in the word and realize that’s the only reason were even here…it’s about the harvest of souls. Count the ‘Moss Family’ in. Praise God

I’m talking about adoption. How does that happen? It’s a fact. I was talking to a mom recently. She has one child she had physically and another child she adopted.

Blessed Is He Who Comes In The Name Of The Lord!

Sunday, April 05, 2009 “Now a great crowd of the Jews heard that He was at Bethany, and they came there, not only because of Jesus but that they also might see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 10 So the chief priests planned to put Lazarus to death also, 11 Because on account of him many of the Jews were going away [were withdrawing from and leaving the Judeans] and believing in and adhering to Jesus. 12 The next day a vast crowd of those who had come to the Passover Feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. 13 So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him. And as they went, they kept shouting, Hosanna! Blessed is He and praise to Him Who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel! 14 And Jesus, having found a young donkey, rode upon it, [just] as it is written in the Scriptures, 15 Do not fear, O Daughter of Zion! Look! Your King is coming, sitting on a donkey’s colt! 16 His disciples did not understand and could not comprehend the meaning of these things at first; but when Jesus was glorified and exalted, they remembered that these things had been written about Him and had been done to Him. 17 The group that had been with Jesus when He called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from among the dead kept telling it [bearing witness] to others. 18 It was for this reason that the crowd went out to meet Him, because they had heard that He had performed this sign (proof, miracle).” John 12:9-18 AMP

The crowd praised and glorified Jesus as He entered into Jerusalem and He was indeed worthy of all their praise. However, they did not praise Him for the right reasons – because of who He was or because of His message – but because of the signs and wonders and miracles. The people who had been at the tomb were telling everyone that He had raised Lazarus from the dead and they all wanted to see Jesus and Lazarus. Even today, you can draw a crowd with sensational news of miracles. However, just a few days later when He was arrested, everyone abandoned Him. Not one came to His defense. The atmosphere was so negative that even Peter was too scared to admit his
association with Jesus.

“But when He was in Jerusalem during the Passover Feast, many believed in His name [identified themselves with His party] after seeing His signs (wonders, miracles) which He was doing. 24 But Jesus [for His part] did not trust Himself to them, because He knew all [men]; 25 And He did not need anyone to bear witness concerning man [needed no evidence from anyone about men], for He Himself knew what was in human nature. [He could read men’s hearts.]” John 2:23-25 APM

Jesus knew the fickle nature of man and He was well aware that He was only popular with these people because He performed miracles to meet their needs. He did not resent all the good things He did for them; because He loved them and He came to save, heal deliver them. It is His nature and His purpose to do good and heal all. However, He also had a message to bring them that they were not as interested in.

“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty miracles performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.” Luke 10:13 AMP

“So when the Samaritans arrived, they asked Him to remain with them, and He did stay there two days. 41 Then many more believed in and adhered to and relied on Him because of His personal message [what He Himself said]. 42 And they told the woman, Now we no longer believe (trust, have faith) just because of what you said; for we have heard Him ourselves [personally], and we know that He truly is the Savior of the world, the Christ”. John 4:40-42 AMP

Then Jesus said to him, “Unless you see signs and miracles happen, you [people] never will believe (trust, have faith) at all.”  John 4:48 AMP

The Samaritans believed on Jesus because of His message, but He was expected to do signs and miracles before the Galileans would give Him the time of day. They were hard-hearted and cynical.

In John 6:1-70, the crowd came looking for Jesus because He healed their sick. Then, after He fed the multitude with only five loaves and two fish, they wanted to make Him their king! Jesus had to walk back across the Sea of Galilee to get away from the people, but they still followed Him to the other side. Jesus knew why they were there. He told them, “You have been searching for Me, not because you saw the miracles and signs but because you were fed with the loaves and were filled and satisfied.” (Verse 26 AMP) You can tell what their priorities were – their belly! Jesus told them that they needed to believe on Him for the right reasons – because God had sent Him.

Right away they asked Him to do another miracle so they could believe – like bread from heaven! Jesus told them that He was the true Heavenly Bread. He said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35 NKJV) He also told them that if they believed on Him, that He would give them eternal life, but all they did was get mad at Jesus, find fault with Him and grumble and murmur. Then when Jesus began talking about them eating His flesh and drinking His blood, they totally lost it! At that point, everybody got up and left Him, even many of His own followers. They passed up on eternal life, because they did not like to hear the truth. The truth is not always welcome, but it is always essential.

It is time to worship, glorify and serve Jesus for Who He is and not just for what He can do!

Rodney Howard Browne  – She says, “there’s no difference.   I have the same mother love”. And I informed her that Jesus had an adopted earthly father Himself…that’s some pretty good company, wouldn’t you say?

Ministers Conference 2010 – Darrain M. Testimony

My Present Perspective was  changed by this years “No Limit No Boundaries” Ministers’ Conference. I went into this conference asking the Lord to do a work in my life, shifting in me whatever needed to be changed.  The Lord clearly showed me that above all that I have done in the resent years, I really need to have my mind renewed by the word of God. In several of pastor Phil Smethers messages he challenged me to go the distant and allow God to live out his dream though my life.

Hearing the Band sing the song “No limits No Boundaries” everyday caused my heart to be enlarged. Now I believe that there is more, I’m blessed, and there is nothing that can keep me from God’s best but Myself . When Pastor Andre’ ministered he talked about the honoring of Pastor Rodney and Adonica for there Service in the Body of Christ. As he ministered I began to think about what could have happened without there service to God. What would have been the results if they had taken the call of God lightly? A Crazy thought, but something that sometimes we never think about.

These thoughts and questions led me to conclude that it is not a light thing that I am sitting under this ministry. The proof of honor for me would be to take everything very seriously. Never causing there labor for people like me and many others to be wasted through my inability to see the great price that was paid.

How? It’s a gift from God. God places it there. You see, God is the perfect parent and He loves us so much more but He compares His love to a mother’s love.

Minister’s Conference 2010 – Kammini C.Testimony

The Minister’s Conference 2010 was a life-changing experience for me, which opened my eyes to what is involved in being a good minister. As a result of attending the Minister’s Conference, I have a better understanding of the importance and necessity of world missions. There are many people who have not heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and few people in the body of Christ have fulfilled the call to world missions as stated in Matthew 28:18-20. The entire body of Christ must realize that world missions is not the great suggestion, but the great commission or command from the Lord Jesus Himself. This is what I learned and need to apply from this point on in my life.

During the Minister’s Conference, I learned that it is important to take care of my body physically in order to be able to fulfill the call. It is important to eat healthy foods, drink water, and get the proper amount of sleep. When you are well rested you can make better decisions and respond to your family and staff better. These are principles, which can be used in the life of every believer whether they are in ministry or not.

It was a time of refreshing for me and encouragement as well. I felt the Lord was ministering to me through the various speakers and singers. My faith was built for increase in my finances and shortly thereafter, I received a large amount of money from a company that owed me money for over a year now. Based on the theme of the conference 1 Chronicles 4:10, the Lord has truly blessed me indeed and enlarged my territory. To God be all the glory!

He puts just an ounce of that love in women. Now, let me say this parenthetically, if God has called you into the workplace or called you not to bear children, great!

I am now at the beginning of my fifth month as an intern in youth and children’s ministries. There is so much involved with both areas. This week in particular has taught me so much about managing my time effectively. When we ask God to enlarge our territory like in Isaiah 54:2, He takes us up on. A couple of weeks ago I had a paper due and I found out that I was going to be traveling with the Great Awakening Tour for an unspecified amount of time. I made sure that I had my paper done before I left. This week however has been a little harder. I have to have 3 lesson plans made up for our children’s department because we have a conference next week. I do love making lesson plans.

Then I received an assignment or school. Now we are switching curriculums for our Sunday morning children’s services and I have to study the message and train others in the new system. For youth, I’ve been put over worship because our leader stepped down and we’ve started a discipleship program with our youth which requires more one on one time being spent with them. Hallelujah! God took me at my request!

With the children in particular, it is so important to not water the word down. There are many Christian programs that our out now that hint at Bible themes and lessons and never really get to the heart of the story. Society tells us that children aren’t prepared to handle the truths of life, but they live in the real world just like we do. They are tempted and situations arise that they need the truth about. We have done them a disservice if we don’t give them the real truth of the word. These are lessons I couldn’t have learned volunteering once a month with the children.

But for many women, in fact I would say, most women, He has called them to be moms. It’s interesting when men get tatoos, and I don’t recommend tatoos, but if you do, that’s fine, they usually get, not dad on the arm, but what? Mom! You’re watching the college football game.

I have had the privilege to work in Kids’ Church for the past two years and what I have seen God do is truly astounding. All different types of kids come in with all different kinds of needs. Many of the kids come from home where their parents are struggling to get along, or maybe they do not even have two parents and are being raised by their mom or grandparents. These kids, more then anything, need the love of God and that is exactly what they experience at Kids’ Church. The power of God falls every Sunday and presence of the Holy Spirit touches the kids. Even during worship, kids start crying as they are touched, and even more then touched: they are changed. Many testimonies have come in from different parents who say, “I can see a difference in my child. Something has changed inside of them.”

These kids will change this generation and help usher in the fire of God. There are pastors, evangelist, teachers and preacher who will come from Kids’ Church.

I know that these kids’ live are being impacted for eternity and they will never be the same because of the Word that they receive and the presence of God that they experience.

They pan the sidelines. I remember the days when he used to be there on the sidelines with all the antenna sticking up out of the head, and all the guys in the back are saying, “Hi mom” or they flash the audience.

I would go back to where my husband and I had lived, weekend after weekend (he was still living there), and I would slowly sift through things, packing up what I had accumulated over 38 years of marriage.  Then I would drive away and totally lose it and I would cry tears that came out from deep in my soul because the hurt was so bad.  I would get a half mile down the road and God would touch me and the joy of the Lord would hit me and I would laugh the rest of the time going back to my girlfriends.

Sometimes I would barely be able to drive I would be laughing so hard. I grew up feeling like I was bad and that there was something wrong with me.  I always felt that if someone really got to know me they wouldn’t like me.  I couldn’t let go of the past mistakes and hurts that had happened while I was growing up.  I continued to seek God, to study his word and to seek his peace and purpose in my life.  A few months ago I realized that I no longed felt bad anymore.  I finally felt loved and cherished and I knew in my heart that nothing would ever separate me from the love of God, that God would always love me even though I am far from perfect and make mistakes.  HE LOVES ME THE WAY I AM, IMPERFECT BUT SEEKING HIM.

My divorce was final Sept 17th and I was hurting so bad I didn’t think I could get through it.  God took me through the day with supernatural strength and peace.  Two weeks later He showed me my new home.  I saw it on Saturday, signed an offer Sunday, negotiated the price Monday and signed a contract on it Tuesday.  When God moves, hang on.  My head was spinning and my insides were shaking.  I was stepping totally out of my comfort zone.  I was 63 years old and had never lived alone.  I had been in love with my husband for 48 years and married for 38 years.  I didn’t know how I was going to afford it but God had it all planned.

Let’s say it’s University of Southern California playing UCLA Bruins and you have these giant signs, “Mom, we love you!”. And we play “Mother, may I?” not “Daddy, may I?” growing up.

I would like to start my paper by saying that I would not have came to RBI or to the River if the ministry did not put soul winning number one. My Christian life began by going to a church and sitting under a pastor that emphasized soul winning. When I left to go to college in Tulsa, OK a couple of years later I did not find that the rest of the Word of Faith charismatic movement shared the same zeal to win the lost. Because I was young and impressionable I lost my first love, soul winning. However, the Lord was so gracious to lead me back into his perfect will for my life and also the perfect will of every believer to be a soul winner, witness for Jesus.

This began in 1998 on a mission’s trip to Peru. I began traveling to Peru on mission’s trips and got to see thousands come to Jesus as well as countless miracles. I can’t tell you how happy and fulfilled I was to be an active part of the great commission. However, I was so shocked when I would come home many times to a church that did not feel the same. I didn’t realize that for years I had been associated with luke warm Christians who had lost their first love. We had simply been religious.

I found out the hard way when I would pour my heart out for the lost to Pastors. For the most part it was like facing the Pharisees’. I had a head on collision with religion! I was basically told to sit down and shut up. I spent the next few years overcoming the hurt and bitterness of some of this. It turned when the Lord showed me supernaturally through a man named John Bevere to pray for people that persecute you.

As I began to do this the Lord began to work. Within six months I ended up at a GAT in St. Louis, MO. When I came I did not even realize that Pastor Rodney’s ministry focused on getting people involved in soul winning, or that he had a vision to see a hundred million people come to the Lord. That meeting in St. Louis changed my life forever! The first person I met was Jake Peterson. We went out on the street the first day and won souls! This was an answer to mine and my wife’s prayers. That night in the meeting the power of God hit me and I was in the floor laughing as being washed out!

The process has really never stopped. I am so glad to finally be living here in Tampa, going to RBI and the River. I know that the Lord is preparing me and my family for what he has in the future, and that is to become even more equipped to be a part of shaking nations and taking the gospel to the entire world. I am so happy to be part of a Bible school that puts soul winning number one! I think Oswald J. Smith said it best, “Bible teaching without evangelism will result in stagnation.” Thank God that River doesn’t get stagnant because it is always flowing. Thank God I’m in the River!!!
